Pickup & Local Delivery Policy
Effective Date: February 19, 2026
Thank you for ordering from So Good Cookie Co.. Please review our pickup and local delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all orders are prepared on a scheduled weekly production cycle.
Pickup & Local Delivery Schedule
We currently offer:
- Local delivery within eligible areas
- Scheduled pickup
We do not offer shipping at this time.
All orders are fulfilled on Saturdays only.
Weekly Order Cutoff
Orders placed before Wednesday at 12:00 AM (midnight) qualify for that upcoming Saturday’s pickup or local delivery.
Orders placed after the cutoff will automatically be scheduled for the following Saturday.
Example:
- Order placed Tuesday → This Saturday
- Order placed Wednesday at 12:01 AM or later → Next Saturday
Perishable Product Notice
Our baked goods are freshly prepared and perishable.
For best quality, products should be enjoyed within a few days of pickup or delivery.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Products are made fresh to order
- Pickup and delivery timing matters for freshness
- Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products
Pickup Responsibility
Customers are responsible for arriving during the agreed pickup window.
If pickup is missed, we are not responsible for product freshness, replacement, or spoilage.
Local Delivery Responsibility
Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.
Once a delivery has been completed to the address provided at checkout:
- Responsibility transfers to the customer
- We are not responsible for stolen packages
- We are not responsible for products left outside
- We are not responsible for quality changes caused by delayed retrieval after delivery
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once an order has been prepared
- Orders cancelled after the weekly cutoff may not be eligible for refund
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives significantly damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

- Clear photos of the product
- A description of the issue
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
- Modify fulfillment schedules when necessary
- Cancel orders during severe weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting product quality or safety
If an order is cancelled by us before fulfillment, a full refund will be provided.
